When will my package ship?

Packages ship out within 5 business days but typically shipping days are Mondays + Wednesdays.

How often do you have live sales?

We hold live sales on a weekly basis.  A set schedule isn't set at the moment since we try to be flexible for all of our crystal family.  We usually try to listen to what is best for our audience and pick a day or 2 a week depending  on what the universe brings.   We do announce our sale dates on our Instagram stories so be sure your notifications are on. 

What is an open box?

An open box is when you decide you would like to keep your box here until our following live to take advantage of a little bit of shipping savings.  You will still be invoiced for your crystals + shipping but will receive a discount code to use at check out for your next purhcase for either discounted or no additional charge.

 

Can I keep an open box?

 Anyone can keep an open box for a maximum of 1 week for crystal safetly purposes.

Do you take custom request for jewelry?

I LOVE making things especially for you.  Please let me know what your vision is, budget + I will try to bring your vision to reality. 

Do you take requests for crystals?

We love to hear suggestions about ways we can improve + offer you new crystal beauties, dishes, jewelry etc.  So please be sure to reach out with any requests + we will be sure to do our best to get those requests fullfilled.  

 

Where do you purchase your crystals?

We source crystal from all over the world.  This is something that took time + have worked very hard to buld beautiful relationships with all of our crystal providers.  Each crystal is picked with so much love + care. 

How do I pay?

We accept most major credit + debit cards from Mastercard, Visa, Discover + American Express.  In addition we do offer Afterpay which alot of babes love + can accept payment via Venmo as well if that is easiest for you.
