SHIPPING POLICY

Its very exciting to have new crystals coming your way! 

 We do try to get your beauties going your way as soon as possible + takes a few days to get going your way since we cleanse + package all of your items with so much loving care.

  Crystal magic shipping is a flat rate of $9 within the U.S. 

*Insurance is available upon request.  Please be sure to notify us if you would like to add insurance for an additional fee.

 

 NOTE: We do our very best to make sure your crystals arrive safe however, once your package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control. 

We have shipped thousands of packages and have not had one lost item and damages have been very minor and can count the occasions on one hand. 

We can not be responsible for damages or lost packages. 

 That being said, please contact us if something were to occur and we will definitely help you sort things out with the delivery company. 

 

 Shipping will vary in other countries depending on weight and location.

 All orders are shipped through The United States Postal Service or UPS.
